Vegas Springs Studios – Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By entering, accessing, or using the premises of Vegas Springs Studios (“the Studio”), including attendance at any event, experience, or private booking, all visitors (“Guests”) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry and Use of Premises
All Guests enter the Studio at their own risk. Vegas Springs Studios reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises at its sole discretion for safety, security, or operational reasons.
3. Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge that events and activities at the Studio may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to crowd movement, lighting equipment, filming equipment, staging elements, and live environments. Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with being on the premises.
4. Personal Property
Vegas Springs Studios is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought onto the premises. Guests are solely responsible for their belongings at all times.
5. Personal Injury and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegas Springs Studios, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, or death sustained by any Guest while on the premises, except where required by applicable law.
6. Alcohol Policy
Vegas Springs Studios does not sell alcohol. Any alcohol made available on the premises is complimentary and provided without charge. Guests who choose to consume alcohol do so voluntarily and entirely at their own responsibility.
By consuming alcohol on the premises, Guests confirm that they are of legal drinking age and acknowledge that Vegas Springs Studios accepts no responsibility or liability for intoxication, health effects, accidents, injuries, or damages arising from alcohol consumption.
7. Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times. Disorderly conduct, illegal activity, excessive intoxication, or behavior that endangers others may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund or compensation.
8. Filming and Photography Consent
Guests acknowledge that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur on the premises. By entering the Studio, Guests grant Vegas Springs Studios the irrevocable right to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and display their likeness, voice, and appearance in any media, worldwide, for promotional, broadcast, or commercial purposes, without compensation.
9. Event Filming and Edited Content
Where events are filmed, Vegas Springs Studios may, at its discretion, provide a professionally edited highlight video. Delivery, length, style, and inclusion of specific individuals or moments are not guaranteed.
10. No Professional Services Representation
Vegas Springs Studios does not provide production services, equipment hire, or crew services unless expressly agreed to in writing. Any optional filming or editing support is offered at the Studio’s discretion and subject to separate agreement.
11. Damage to Property
Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause to the Studio premises, equipment, furnishings, or props, whether intentional or accidental.
12. Force Majeure
Vegas Springs Studios shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, power outages, or emergencies.
13. Amendments
Vegas Springs Studios reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Studio’s website or available upon request.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
