Vegas Springs Studios – Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all event tickets, bookings, experiences, and services purchased from or through Vegas Springs Studios.

Event Tickets and Public Events

All event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be offered a refund or credit at the discretion of Vegas Springs Studios.

Private Events and Venue Bookings

Deposits for private events, venue hire, or bookings are non-refundable.

Final payments are non-refundable once an event date has been confirmed, except where cancellation is initiated by Vegas Springs Studios.

Any approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Filming, Editing, and Add-On Services

Payments for filming, editing, or add-on services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Editing services are subject to footage review and creative discretion. No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed work.

Content Creator Sessions

Content Creator Sessions are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Vegas Springs Studios, subject to availability.

Cancellations by Vegas Springs Studios

Vegas Springs Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, sessions, or bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns, technical issues, or force majeure events. In such cases, a refund or credit may be offered at the Studio’s discretion.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a booked event, session, or experience without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is not eligible for refund or credit.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in denial of future bookings and access to Vegas Springs Studios services.

Policy Updates

Vegas Springs Studios reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.

By purchasing tickets, booking events, or engaging services with Vegas Springs Studios, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
